Feb 1st End of January

Still have not received my W2, I pretty much know how much I earned from that job but sometimes they have small things off a little bit..

I am looking at about $928 from federal and I need to get new glasses, a new hard drive for the 530s and possibly a new mattress as the old one is older than I am.

Jan 26th Just a touch cool today

It only got up to 57 today with a wind out of the south, which is unusual for this time of the year.

Upper 60’s will be back in a few days though.

I am still waiting on my last W2 so I can file the taxes and get my refund back ASAP.

Jan 19th Christmas lights are down

I finally got a day off where the wind was not blowing 20 MPH and managed to get my lights down,

I did the normal guy thing and just wrapped them up, so it should be a complete tangle next year!!

Looks like another week of 60 or so every day for me, glad I am not east of the Rockies!!

Dec 28th Warming up a bit

Looks like I will enjoy some temps in the upper 50’s for the next week or so. Much better than the low 40’s and mid 30’s that have hit us the last week.

Of course I could still be at the Grand Canyon that was down to -9 the other day!!

Dec 21st Getting and staying cold

This place really sucks the heat out almost as fast as I can pump it in, it seems there is not an ounce of insulation anywhere.

I think I have managed to seal up the major source of cold air in the bedroom, but will not be able to tell until later tonight when it drops into the 30’s again.

Looks like Christmas will be slow at work, hopefully that means I can just relax and not have to rush around like a chicken with its head cut off like normal.

Dec 7th Another relaxing weekend

I get to kick back and relax once again this “weekend”.

Maybe watch some football, watch a couple of movies and pretty much do nothing.

Tuesday is payday.
