May 15th Another year of college done

Another year and 25 more credits earned towards my degree. I managed seven A’s and one B this year and that pushes my GPA up to 3.80.

Only 21 more credits left to finish.

I interviewed for a student services job today, I think I did okay, but I will have to wait and see.

May 12th First year of college completed

I have finished the first year of college with a 3.73 GPA.

Worst classes so far have been English and Math, which I received B’s in.

Now I need to find some work for the summer so I do not run out of money.

Aug 26th New Vehicle

Now that I am working full time, it was time to update the vehicle that I am driving up and down the hill with.

The Intrepid was starting to have all sorts of minor problems that could develop into big problems at a drop of the hat.

I now am driving a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe, it handles the roads here in GV much better than the car.

Nov 29th Getting cold

Looks like it will be down into the 20’s next weekend, I will need to finish up my winter prep by then.

Feb 27th Estrella War

While I would love to be able to go this year, it is not going to happen since I just started the new job less than a year ago.

I do plan on attending our Shire’s local event Gaelic Games and also want to attend Highland wars.

Dec 5th Northern Yule

It is almost time for Yule again, but this time I do not have to drive all that far to get to it.

I even get paid for the day.

May 23rd Life sucks

Still looking for work and so far it is not looking so hot. The economy being in the toilet is just keeping job openings away.

Jan 5th Buick is toast

It is official, the Buick blew the head gasket.

Time to start looking for something else now.

Estimate for repairs was $1300

Jun 14th Vacation over

Now that I have had my vacation, I pretty much need another one.

Today was fairly interesting, did not really have to make anything as there was leftovers aplenty.

Need to find another event to go to so I can burn my other 2 days of vacation.

May 26th 2 Weeks until vacation

I am looking forward to having 5 days off in a row, I really need the break.

Hopefully I will have several different food items to use when I come in on Saturday.

Still need to save a lot of money so I can replace my iMac, but real life keeps interfering.
