I am glad that I no longer work at the Riverside, when I went to pick up last weeks paycheck I also got a notice that there was a mandatory meeting for all EDR workers @ 2PM.
Once again they show that they don’t give a shit about the graveyard employees needs by scheduling a meeting [...]

The Riverside is probably one of the worst places to work in the Laughlin area, it has the lowest wages of any casino in existence and begrudges any money they do give you.
I pity anyone who has to work the graveyard shift as they seem to thing we are subhuman and do not need decent [...]

We had a major thunderstorm roll through last night, 60 MPH winds and hail for starters. It tried to tear off one of the metal siding pieces on the double wide, broke a window and tore the back fence almost to shreds.
Almost the same thing that happened last year around this time.

Two more days this week and 5 next week and this graveyard bullshit will finally be over with.

I have about 6 more days of working in the Riverside and then I will be done.
I have taken a job as a prep cook for a new restaurant opening on the 13th.
Goodbye to graveyard and good riddance.
