Usually on Monday nights I get to cook all the bacon for the Restaurants in the facility, last night I only had to cook 3 cases instead of 7.

One more day left in this week and it is deep clean night.

Yet another Sunday rolls around, we will only have 2 people again tonight so it will be interesting yet again.

I still have 3 more days left in my work week now that they have put me back on my normal days off again.

Next week will be a short week though as I am taking my holiday on Tuesday.

Friday night is one of our short staff nights, so there is only 2 of us to take care of the things that should really have 5 people but usually has 3.

We did okay on tips, getting $11/person.

Tonight we should be carving which will help on tips as well.

The recession is going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better, even with the so-called economic stimulus check that has been sent out most people are having to spend it on necessities of life instead of what it was was supposed to be for.

We just got a notice that our hours are going to be shortened due to the economic problems. The way I see it is shortening hours is adding to the problem.

With less hours, the checks are smaller and people cannot buy the items that they want.

The USA needs to strengthen the dollar by removing a sizable portion of what is in circulation. Maybe shut down the treasury printing press for a week or so. Get the dollar back up and oil will drop. That will allow people to have more disposable income and kick-start the economy.

Some people are just given too much power and never supervised correctly.

The F&B director is running the entire operation into the ground fast, he has started telling the people who order food supplies that they can only order so much every day and has set a ridiculously low number for a very large operation.

Now we have to scrounge every night for basic necessities like iceberg lettuce and tomatoes for sandwiches and burgers, and lets not even discuss items like tuna salad and sliced fruits.

I am going to have to find something else as I get sick and tired of trying to have good food and only getting garbage to serve because of higher up BS.

Have to get through the night, but then I can revel in my 2 days off.

I need to get some new insole for the shoes as my feet are hurting again.

Once again I have slept my day away. Of course since I work graveyard I kinda have too!!

Time for to head out the door and go to work, 10 PM to 6 AM in Laughlin, NV.

Another Friday has come and gone and we had our usual seafood bonanza in the EDR. Crab legs, sautéed shrimp, halibut, mahi mahi and of course clam chowder.

Only 2 of us last night so I had to run, clean the front and help cook.

We managed to pull in $21 in tips for the night.

Another day in my boring life. Got off work at 6 AM and did my daily drive up the hill to home.

Worked on getting some more videos for the RAZR amd iTunes.

Slept about 7 hours or so today.
