Could be.  Some say these are hard to get, so it depends mostly or your needs/wants/budget and confidence.  Their waranty & personal history does it for me.  They know it & is why they have the great reputation

Hey theres now 2 units available at Jimms Evga GTX 680 2GB GDDR5 for 519? Maybe time to close the deal on one before midsummer?

I'd personally stick with an eVGA 680, preferably signiature 2 model... If you can get it.  Best Warranty & parts binning IMO, and the 680 full part is preferable if you can stretch the budget.  My own 680 is a reference Gigabyte one, which runs very well too, though the warranty conditions are tigh

Any ideas how easy one could get a 2 slot 680? Would Palit be an option? Or would it be better to get a 670?

680 currently doing 6 tasks at a time.. No idea if that's optimal, but it looks cool  ;D

Moved to a new host
« on: May 12, 2017, 08:11:02 PM »
Due to my previous host increasing the monthly cost a bit too much for what I was using, I have changed to a new host that gives me more options for less money.

Looks like everything has transitioned over just fine.

I just tried to download an attachment and all I'm getting is 404, attachment not found. It seems the count is going up even if nothing is downloaded. Also after logging in the top of this page looks 'not right'.

Attachments have been repaired, it was a setting in the database that was looking for the old path.

Used a repair tool to fix that.

Though, it does look like it lost the avatar settings.

Now it seems I can't Upload. I can edit posts and delete existing files, but get 403 Forbidden when trying to upload on two different machines.

Test post

Wondering if it is the fact that it is an old post.

I've tried making a new post, even a new thread, but still get 403 forbidden when trying to upload. The only problem is trying to upload. It's a 14.7 MB 7zip file, it shouldn't be too large.

Looks like anything over about a meg is getting the message.

[edit2]
Turned off modsecurity for the domain, but it still struggles with larger uploads, at least for me., so use the ftp solution for larger uploads.
